Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once it ships.

Total delivery time is approximately 6–9 business days from order date (processing + shipping). Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Shipping Delays

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to help resolve the issue if you contact us promptly.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it still can't be located, contact us at info@aussietactix.com within 7 days and we'll help investigate and find a resolution.
